It turns out the woman was trying to steal from the store and she was caught by the store owner Sung Ho Lim. When they tried to make her return the goods had taken and not leave the store, she began resisting and pushing the owner who reacted by fighting her back.
Apparently, she did not attempt to steal $3.99 eyelashes, they alleged she actually did steal multiple items including $11.99 eyelash pack, jewellery and lipsticks is what is alleged. They also alleged this was not her first time stealing in the store.
The question now is was the store owner overly aggressive or did the woman deserve what she got? Initially, Ear Hustle 411 reported the woman didn’t steal because that was the information given to us and the cops didn’t find anything on the woman but it turns out we were wrong.
There has been a small protest for over a week in Chicago mainly because of how the owner handled the young lady by kicking and choking her which many are saying was too much. Watch the newly released video and chime in.
