Top Chicago basketball prospect Nimari Burnett

Top Chicago recruit Nimari Burnett officially confirms the speculations of where he will launch his high school basketball career. The incoming freshman was sought out by many schools following his stellar season; only losing 1 game as an 8th grader at Beasley High School. The all-star guard has been receiving a national attention for quite some time now, and all eyes were definitely on him as he announced in a press conference his decision to the world to launch his high school basketball career at Morgan Park this coming school year.

Nimari spoke very articulately about his goals, mission, and plans for his future both on and off the court. The focused teen also received high honors at his school for his academic achievements. When asked why he chose Morgan Park over Whitney Young, Simeon, and many other schools, his mother “Hoop Moms” co-star Nikki B interjects and plainly states that she and her husband ‘Chose the best school for Nimari’.

About Nimari Burnett

Nimari is the son of parents Brian, and “Hoop Mom”, Nikki Burnett. His parents have encouraged and supported him at an early age to play basketball. Nimari currently plays guard for his elementary school, Beasley, as well as the prestigious AAU team “Mac Irving Fire” lead by Coach Mike Irving. Over top schools Nimari chose Morgan Park High School to attend this fall. This young man can create, score, and make it look like a walk in the park! Nimari has already impressed his new coach and team by delivering the noise in the varsity summer league at his new high school! We are pleased to announce he has already received a Division 1 offer to University of Pacific!
