Well guess the happy moment for Rick Ross maybe coming to an abrupt halt.  He is being sued for rape, by a woman who states she was supposedly drugged while in a van that belonged to his team.  EarHustle411 will just have to fall back and wait this one out, something is definitely wrong here.

The Black Dollar rapper is facing a new lawsuit from a woman who claims that she was raped during Grammy weekend after allegedly being drugged in his team’s van.

Even though Ross is not the culprit in question, he is still tied into the lawsuit.

According to TMZ, the woman says that she met up with Rick’s entourage at the W Hotel in Los Angeles, and got invited to a weed convention with the rapper.

She says she got in the van with Rick, a guy named Thaddeus “Black” James, a DJ, 3 security guards and the driver. She says she was offered a glass of booze and shortly thereafter became dizzy and eventually passed out.

She says the next thing she knew, 2 hours had passed and she was in the van with Black.

The woman says she went back to Black’s hotel room and passed out again. She woke up at 8 AM, examined herself and realized her clothes had been removed and she had been sexually assaulted.

The woman believes Black is the one who raped her.

Rick Ross is being pulled into the lawsuit due to the fact that the woman thinks that he should have been supervising when she was allegedly drugged.
