Tyga is setting the record straight afterBeatles legend Paul McCartney was denied entry into his Grammy party on Monday night.
TMZ cameras caught Sir Paul alongsideBeck and Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins waiting outside of Hollywood’s Argyle, where T-Raww performed post-awards ceremony.
McCartney can be heard poking fun at the situation, saying, “How VIP do we gotta get? We need another hit.”
Tyga then hopped on his timeline Tuesday (Feb. 16) to tweet his true feelings about the 18-time Grammy winner.
“Why would I deny @PaulMcCartney stop it. He’s a legend [—-] ,” he wrote. “I don’t control the door. I had no knowledge SIR PAUL was there. I just performed and left.”

The night wasn’t a complete bust for McCartney & Co., as they eventually made their way to Hyde for the Republic Records bash.
