Add in the fact that he uploaded 29 different videos of this nature, and it gets worse.
According to reports, Chavis ‘convinced’ the girls to appear nude in the videos. One of the victims, who had a young child at home, spoke to a TV station and claimed she was coerced into performing naked. From that interview:
She says she agreed to be in the video under one condition that she wouldn’t take off her clothes. The victim said he agreed at first.
“He said ‘don’t you want to go home? Don’t you want to see your son?’” she recalls.
Out of fear, she said she did take off some of her clothes, and then came another threat: “You already get your pants off or do you want to get raped?”
She said they never had sex, but because she was 16, she’s a minor according to federal law and the video is a crime.
