National Child Sex Trafficking Sting Saves A 3 Months Old Baby And Over 120 People Was Arrested

Child Sex trafficking is an issue that we pray will go away. Police and other government agencies prevent these rings but setting up stings to save children. Their latest bust led to the arrest of more than 120 people and saving a child as young as 3 months. Check out the full story below:

More than 80 children, including a 3-month-old girl, have been rescued in a nationwide crackdown on child sex trafficking.

The FBI also arrested more than 120 people, including two from northern Illinois.

During the sweep, FBI agents and task force officers staged operations in hotels, casinos and truck stops and on street corners.

27 women were arrested for prostitution and four pimps were cited in the operation.

FBI director Christopher Wray said the agency has “no greater mission than to protect our nation’s children from harm.”

The FBI said Wednesday that the crackdown ran from Thursday through Sunday and involved 55 FBI field offices. The youngest victim recovered was 3 months old and the average age of recovered victims was 15.

An FBI spokeswoman didn’t immediately return a phone call seeking additional information.
