Morgan Stanley Executive Wealth Manager Accused Of Secretly Taping Women During Sex!!!!

John C. Kelly, a wealth manager at Morgan Stanley was arraigned on three felony charges of unlawful surveillance in the second degree.

Prosecutors say Kelly taped the women in his home at E. 69th St. from September 2011 through December 2012, unbeknownst to any of them.

“In this case, the defendant videotaped three unrelated women while they were performing sexual acts on him in his home,” prosecutor Siobhan Carthy reportedly said during the arraignment.

Footage of one of the victim’s reportedly shows her naked
including her “breasts, vagina and buttocks.” Another tape shows
another victim’s breasts

Little more is known about the case, or about the police investigation that led to the charges. But we do know that Kelly went to the ‘prestigious’ Williams College and attended the ‘elite’ Brunswick School in Connecticut, because those things totally matter, I guess. Kelly has a Twitter account, but it has not been active since 2012.

Kelly’s lawyer, Robert Gottlieb, meanwhile said that his client had “an exemplary background” and no prior arrests.

Oh well, that’s good then.

For the three counts of unlawful surveillance, Kelly could face up to 12 years in prison. He was released on $15,000 bail and ordered to surrender his passport.
