Former music artist Montell Jordan put Def Jam Records on the music map with his 1995 hit “This Is How We Do It” and as iconic the track is, it still makes the crowd turn up.  Surely as life will have its way things did change for Montell in a drastic way.  Jordan will be featured on Oprah’s “Where Are They Now?” on February 11, 2017 (Check your local listings for the channel position)

Jordan’s life was on a 10-point high and he had everything a successful artist could ever want including a manager that was extremely close to him so close that it was advised it not be disclosed his manager was actually his wife Kristin.  Jordan and his wife are happy with how their lives turned out, even though Montell had a time adjusting to his new life as a pastor of the Victory World Church in Atlanta.  Montell had left his Christian roots behind for his R&B career only to find himself back to where he got his initial foundation and in a big way where he can share his experience and hopefully make a difference in people’s lives.
