Michelle Obama started a Healthy Eating Campaign ” Let’s Move” in 2010 and have continued to promote healthy eating, diet and exercise. Young people in America are disproportionately more overweight than most children in other countries.
Being overweight cause many complications such as high blood pressure, diabetes as well as achy joints due to extra pressure on the joints.
