HIV Positive Man Forces Girlfriend To Have Unprotected Sex and Douses Her With Gasoline

Glen Davis of Winter Haven, Fl is being charges with battery, false imprisonment, two counts of arson, two counts of aggravated battery, sexual assault, and criminal transmission of HIV.

According to ABC Action New, Davis prevented his girlfriend and her son from leaving their house. He poured gasoline on her and threaten to do the same to her son. He also set the kitchen table on fire and held a pair scissors to his girlfriend throat.

Last after the incidents, Davis forced his girlfriend to have unprotected sex with him . His girlfriend recalls begging him to use protection because Davis is HIV positive.

Two days after the altercation,the girlfriend called the police. Currently mother and son is fine, however it will take some time for the girlfriend to know her HIV status.
