My how time truly flies.  If you remember the musical group 3LW one of the former members joins the “Dirty 30 Club”.  Naturi Naughton who was 1/3 of 3LW.  She has really done quite well for herself even though she was “forced out” of the group and after a very heated debate with Kiely Williams and a hot plate of KFC thrown at her, I would say she has mot certainly gotten the last word on who’s got the power.

Ironically “Power” is the title of her next project, acting beside Omari Hardwick, television never looked so good.  This talented young lady has truly overcome some obstacles in her career but just as trials come so does triumphs she received backlash for her portrayal of Lil Kim in Notorious but she has taken that negativity and used it to catapult herself higher.  A small framed feisty Taurean, she is has dazzled us with music, movies and now the small screen will never be the same.

Naturi is a shining example that regardless of the obstacle, keep the faith and surely success will come and when it does WATCH OUT!  I wonder what her former 3LW members are thinking about her now not that it would matter to her.  I’d like to be a fly on the wall if these 3 ladies were to be in the same room ever again (that would be a post for ya!!).  Not throwing shade at anyone but… who’s the Playa now!!
