Many applauded Sports Illustrated’s decision to feature curvy beauty Ashley Graham on the cover of its annual Swimsuit Edition, but legendary supermodel Cheryl Tiegs isn’t thrilled with the magazine.

“Actually I don’t like it that we’re talking about full-figured women because it’s glamorizing them and your waist should be smaller than 35 [inches],” Tiegs said to an E! News reporter earlier this week. “That’s what Dr. Oz said and I’m sticking to it.”

The 68-year-old was featured on multiple Sports Illustrated covers in the ’70s and ’80s and sees Graham’s figure as an example of poor health.

“Her face is beautiful – beautiful – but I don’t think it’s healthy in the long run,” she opined.

While Graham isn’t fond of the term “plus size,” she’s thrilled to be considered a positive role model for other women.

“I say stop striving for perfection because perfection doesn’t exist,” Graham told The Post this past year. “Be happy with the body and the skin that you’re in because that’s all you’ve got.”
