Heller was successful agent and promoter who worked with the like of groups from the 60s and 70s. However his true claim to fame came when he helped co-found Ruthless Records with Eric “Eazy-E” Wright and thus the rest is rap history.  Although in recent news Heller was verbally unhappy and disappointed at how he was portrayed in the biopic film about the rise of N.W.A. ” Straight Outta Compton” that resulted in a defamation lawsuit filed against Andre “Dr. Dre” & O’Shea “Ice Cube” Jackson.  Reports showed that in June 2016 most of the lawsuit had been recently dismissed.
