I can't imagine what it must be like for people of color who have this experience this disgusting amount of hate everyday. I feel sick pic.twitter.com/KmkxkWNcv3

A fan in Madison to see No. 11 Wisconsin take on No. 7 Nebraska on Saturday, during Halloween weekend, appeared to wear a mask of President Barack Obama with a noose attached to his neck, as well as a prison jumpsuit.
According to a Twitter user who posted a picture of the costume on Twitter and alerted authorities there, the fan, as pictures of his getup went viral, was ordered to remove the noose.
It was unclear if the person wore the mask and noose into the game or changed at Camp Randall Stadium. The person also appeared to have a sign decrying Hillary Clinton.
The fan, and a friend, also came bearing Clinton and Donald Trump masks, the Democrat and Republican nominees for president. As the images spread online, the University of Wisconsin stated a depiction of a noose in its stadium would not be allowed.
@NatsBankruptcy @JulieDiCaro Not cool at all. An image of a noose in our stadium is unacceptable.
