Almost two weeks after a six-vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike left Tracy Morgan hospitalized and in critical condition, he has been transferred to a rehab facility.

In a statement, Morgan’s rep, Lewis Kay, told The Hollywood Reporter: “Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks. While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.”

The crash also left the “30 Rock” star’s assistant, Jeffrey Millea, and comedians Harris Stanton and Ardie Fuqua, hospitalized. Although there has been no update on the condition of Stanton and Fuqua, Kay did say in a previous statement that Millea’s health status is improving.

Another comedian, 62-year-old James McNair, died due to injuries he sustained following the accident, which occurred on June 7 after a tractor trailer truck swerved into Morgan’s chauffeured limousine bus. The driver of the Walmart truck, Kevin Roper, plead not guilty to the charge of death by auto, according to The Wrap. The New York Daily News also reported that Roper was speeding — going 65 mph in a 45 mph zone — before the tragic crash.
