A one-year-old boy who was allegedly thrown into a river by his young mother who then tried to kill herself moments later has died in hospital.
Zymeir Perry was found 700 yards downstream from the Hamilton Street Bridge in Allentown, Pennsylvania, last Sunday after the failed murder-suicide bid.
Johnesha Monae Perry, 19, kissed the boy, pushed him over the rail and then jumped in, authorities have said.
The pair both survived the initial fall, but young Zymeir passed away after fighting for his life in hospital for six days.
