The Hip Hop Community is buzzing with overwhelming grief as one of their own has transitioned on to another life. Bruce Washington aka Hussein Fatal from the Tupac Shakur affiliated group The Outlawz has died due to a fatal car accident. Washington who was born in Montclair, NJ on April 3, 1977, started his rap career very early in his life. Having visited Tupac Shakur while incarcerated and performing a freestyle rap for him and as they say the rest is history.
