Breaking News: Actor and Movie Director Tyler Perry’s Father’s House Is On Fire [Video]

Tyler Perry’s Production Studio has been set ablaze twice in the last several years and now his Fathers beautiful home is on fire in Louisiana.

See what is reported by: WBRZ

A massive fire has been reported at the home of Emmitt Perry, the father of writer/director Tyler Perry.

The fire was reported at the home on Highway 1042 near John Matthews Lane around 8 p.m. Monday night. Emmitt Perry reportedly made it out of the home.

Witnesses say the fire could be seen from several miles away.

Officials say an electrical shortage may have sparked the blaze.

Though he was raised by him, Emmitt is not Tyler Perry’s biological father. After his mother’s death, Tyler took a DNA test with his brother, which revealed that they did not have the same father. He then took a test with Perry, Sr., confirming they were not related by blood.
