“Black Man Schools Cops on Illegal Attempted Arrest”

Police misconduct refers to inappropriate actions taken by police officers in connection with their official duties. Police misconduct can lead to a miscarriage of justice and sometimes involves discrimination to many African Americans and Latino men. In an effort to control police misconduct, there is an accelerating trend for civilian agencies to go beyond review to engage directly in investigations and to have much greater input into disciplinary decisions. With the proliferation of mobile devices capable of recording alleged misconduct, existing eavesdropping laws in some jurisdictions are being leveraged to prosecute civilians, while in other circumstances police will illegally seize or delete evidence.

A 27 year old un-named man minding his own business while carrying a snake draped around his neck was approached my Los Angeles Police officer by the name of officer Gonzalez who tried to issue some type of citation however the tables quickly turned and the very intelligent young man schooled him on the proper protocol on when you can and cannot issue a citation or make an arrest.

What happened next is remarkable because the 27 year old enlisted his 14 year old buddy whom he trained on the legalities of the constitution of how and when to respond to officers.

The look on the officer’s face was priceless as this kid schooled him on the affidavit procedures.  Check out the video and let EarHustle411 know how you feel this young man handled himself.  This young man and his buddy has been Earhustle411 Approved!!!!!
