Two Baltimore corrections officers allegedly took advantage of the unrest during the protests over Freddie Gray’s death last month and looted a downtown convenience store.

Tamika Cobb and Kendra Richard were charged Wednesday with looting a 7-Eleven on the evening of April 25. According to the Maryland government’s website, the Department of Public Safety and Correction Services acted on a tip and reviewed footage that showed the two women leaving the store with merchandise.

Since being charged with theft and burglary, both Cobb and Richard have been suspended without pay.

Our Intelligence and Investigative Division did an outstanding job, immediately following up on this tip,” DPSCS Secretary Stephen T. Moyer said, according to the government website. “We will not allow the vast majority of our employees who are honest and hardworking to be tainted by the actions of a few.”
