Hi Marlee

I was an hour late for work this morning because I didn’t realize the clock was put up an hour. I drive 30 minutes a day to get to work only to make $9.00 an hour. The minute I walked in the door my boss was standing there yelling at me about being late. I am on time 98% of the time so I don’t know why she had to embarrass me in front of my co-workers. I apologized and she continued berating me. Shortly after I came in, my other co-worker came in and she did not say one word to him. I asked her why she didn’t yell at him and she told me “Mind your damn business and get to work before I fire you”. I asked her not to speak to me like that and she shouldn’t play favoritism because she is sleeping with my co-worker. She got mad and fired me on the spot. I have an e-mail of her inappropriately sending sexual messages to my co-worker who was also late. Do you think I can sue her for playing favoritism because she is definitely sleeping with him and I have proof.
