An Angry Teen Violently Head-Butted Police After Being Arrested For Robbing A Quick Stop Store

An angry and violent student from Ole Miss who allegedly robbed a store in Mississippi is in deeper trouble after verbally and physically assaulting an officer.

The young man named Daniel Stewart Berry was being taken to court Thursday morning when he started yelling profanity at the officers and then head-butted a deputy standing nearby. He was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.

The young man and his family lives in Tupelo and he is currently attending Ole Miss as studying business.

On Tuesday, Berry entered the West Union Quick Stop off of Highway 30 and robbed the clerk. Quick thinking customers managed to detain Berry until police officers arrived on the scene.

Berry’s bond was set today at $200,000.
