4 Adults Charged With Forcing 4-Year Old Children To Have Sex

Three men and one woman are facing multiple sexual assault charges after they allegedly forced a 4-year-old boy and girl have sex with their siblings, other adults and each other, Myrtle Beach Online reports.

On Jan. 16, 2016, police received a report of sexual assault to two children, according to WBMF. After opening an investigation into the matter, officers arrested the four suspects.

Lindsey Danielle Honeycutt, 29, Panteleimon Nicolas Spirakis, 55, Anthony Louis Strickland, 46, and Ambrose Edward Heavener, 36 are facing 29 total charges after the children told police that they had been sexually abused in incidents dating back to 2014.

Heavener received two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and engaging with a child under 18 for sexual performance for a Dec. 1, 2015, occurrence. He also received two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old for a Dec. 1, 2014, event.

Honeycutt was charged with two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, engaging a child under 18 for sexual performance and first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old. The incident was said to have occurred on Dec. 1, 2014.

Spirakis was indicted on two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old and first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, engaging a child under 18 for sexual performance. The act allegedly occurred on Dec. 1, 2015.

The grand jury also indicted Spirakis on two counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, engaging a child under 18 for sexual performance and first-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years old in relation to acts in 2014 and 2015.

One of the sexual assault incidences allegedly occurred at a Myrtle Beach strip club where Honeycutt worked. Other incidents allegedly occurred at two different homes.

The N.C. Department of Social Services placed the children under the care of a guardian
